In a former life, Andrew ran Tallabung Premium Meats. A business producing and supplying marbled pork meat into niche markets. The pork was developed following some Japanese research and utilising rare and Old English breeds which produce high marbling meat similar to Wagyu cattle. A lengthy breeding programme realised some fantastic results. The pork was used by top restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne and Noosa.
